THANK YOU TO OUR 2024 SPONSORS!
The new Pharmacogenomics Global Research Network (PGRN) would like to invite your company to become an inaugural sponsor of this new independent scientific society. The original PGRN was a NIH-funded network that facilitated research, training, and education in pharmacogenomics. After 20 years of NIH funding, the PGRN has transitioned to an independent non-profit society without NIH support. The new PGRN is supported by member dues, gifts, and industry sponsorships.
Members of the PGRN include researchers, clinicians, and trainees with diverse clinical and scientific specialties from all over the world. The group is united under the vision of improving patient care through pharmacogenomic research, education and clinical implementation. Members work at a range of educational institutions, industry, non-profit organizations and/or governmental organizations. The new PGRN is built upon the 20-year foundation under the NIH but has just begun to shift to independence; so far we have over 120 members join since we launched in March, and we have begun honing our vision for future collaboration.
We envision that the PGRN will sponsor a variety of activities including monthly or quarterly research webinars and an annual meeting/reception, which will be held in conjunction with the annual meeting of the American Society for Human Genetics (ASHG) and other organizations such as the American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics (ASCPT). The PGRN will facilitate shared research infrastructure and collaboration. Industry sponsorships can be at multiple levels (see below).
