Accessibility & Luggage Storage
Hyatt Centric and DoubleTree have confirmed accessible rooms and facilities. For other hotels, attendees should contact the property directly to confirm accessibility accommodations.
If you are checking out on the final day of the symposium, your hotel should be able to hold your luggage after checkout. Please note that conference staff will not be able to store luggage or personal items.

Travel & Transportation
Airports: O'Hare International Airport (ORD) & Midway Airport (MDW) are conveniently located nearby.
Midwest Regional Train Service: Amtrak Chicago Union Station (CHI)
Local Transit: Metra Regional Transit operates multiple lines from downtown across Northeast-IL & Southeast-WI . The Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) Chicago Avenue Red Line Station is within walking distance of the conference venue and nearby hotels. CTA also offers bus service throughout Chicago, including to/from the Metra and Amtrak stations.
Parking
Parking Reservations: SpotHero and Parking.com allow attendees to reserve parking in advance at nearby garages. (typically $30-60/night | view SpotHero - view Parking.com).
Hotel Parking: Hotel parking is often the most convenient option, though rates are typically higher, approximately $50–80 per night.
Street Parking: Street parking is generally limited to two hours in most areas and is best suited for short visits. Ample street parking around our campus: most streets East of Fairbanks ct and directly North/South of us (View map on ParkChicago).
Safety
The event neighborhood is considered very safe. As with any city, attendees are advised not to leave backpacks or valuables visible in their vehicles.
