Members of PGRN include researchers, clinicians and trainees from diverse clinical and scientific disciplines from all over the World, who are interested in pharmacogenomics research, education and practice, and who may be actively working in educational institutions, industry, non-profit organizations or government.

Members are encouraged to manage their membership using the online membership portal.

PGRN encourages residents of developing countries to join the organization with reduced membership rates.  Eligibility for reduced dues follows World Bank country classifications. The list of eligible countries are based on the World Bank Classifications for its 2021 fiscal year.
Trainees have their membership dues waived.
